Shalimar Pure Perfume

I rarely write a bad review, but I have to tell you my experience with this sample I ordered. B4 opening I smelled the perfume through the bottle without removing the cap. It smelled quite similar to the original scent. I then opened & applied a tiny drop on my wrist using the tool inside, we're talking smaller than an eye dropper. I rubbed my wrists together & went on with my evening. Within an hour, my entire body & house smelled like old lady perfume. Granted, I have an insanely sensitive nose, but this was bad. I got a wicked headache & had to open all the windows in the house. I scrubbed my hands & wrists with dishsoap & a scrub daddy while doing dishes & it wouldn't come off. It was in my skin, not on it. I jumped in the shower & scrubbed my entire body & washed my hair...still smelled like old lady perfume. I called my mom, who was quite amused by my situation, asking her what to do. I had held my kittens earlier & now they stunk too. I went to bed feeling nauseous from the stink I created in my home. I'm not joking, nor exaggerating, it's freaking potent. Had I liked the smell it would've been fabulous bc it seriously lasts for days! After 1 more shower and 1 more day I finally rid myself & home of the stank. It was mortifying. I'm so sorry to report this experience. I bought a different sample as well & am afraid to even open it. On a positive note, great job with the lasting scent!
