Perfection and great customer service

We've used these products for years and love them. They last on your person far longer than any store bought version. This year when I screwed up a receipt of their shipment, they replaced it, believing as I did that the PO missed the delivery, or it was taken from our mailbox. Neither was the case as I was at fault and realized my mistake about a week later when they had already arranged and shipped a replacement. They're the best and their products are too!
